Q. What do we use to formulate our feelings and belief ?
A. We believe we must start from a emotional connection............an emotional connection from one person to another........... a emotional connection from one colleague to another..........a emotional connection to our customer............and then the circle starts.
Ownership is a key word for me, and how can we have more people take more ownership more often?

Further more we understand our HOW is our process, System our SOP's.
Finally our WHAT level ( the touch level ) is divided into four key areas of the resort operationally that touch the our guest and people;

FISH Philosophy, Play,
Make their Day, Be There, and Choose your attitude & its used to help us make
it more simple for our managers to use as a reference and guide.
Remember its a Journey, and I am realistic, I am simply not saying these 3 elements has fixed our Culture, more importantly we are developing a culture, it takes time, we are on the way forward, I am looking for more recruits to be INSPIRED to help us on this journey.
