Fund Raising - Maldives Children's Home 

As General Manager of One&Only Reethi Rah & a passionate responsible “Community Crusader” by supporting the growth of Maldives and its people……….

I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know I am still running & love it !!!!! Now, As I continue in 2013 to raise money to buy goods to support the children in Kudakudhinge Hiyaa Children’s Home, I must tell you how it’s very special to me as without the private sector ( individuals like us) they cannot survive.

This year 2013 has been amazing year at the resort as it continues to grow from strength to strength, and now with the support of the entire team at One&Only Reethi Rah we hope to make a difference in in our community with the Children of Maldives.

I will be running The NYC Marathon 2013 in November and aiming to raise money for Kudakudhinge Hiyaa Children’s Home of Maldives again.

Last year (Hurricane Sandy hit) , even though the race was cancelled I ran around the NYC Park 4 times ( 42km) and together with many of you who helped we raised over $10,000 for the kids…..

A few months ago we presented all the goods to the management of the home and kids, it was a great day….( beds, computers, home goods) purchased with the money raised, it was so well received and much appreciated.
